Title: Potato Pancakes (No-Fry Latkes)

2cShredded russet potatoes.
  (about 3 peeled medium
  Potatoes)
1cFinely chopped onion
1cToasted wheat germ
2 Eggs
1/2tsSalt
1/2tsPepper
